Windows 10. The latest and last version of Microsoft windows... I hope many of you have already upgraded your OS to 10... But have you read the Terms and conditions before installing Windows 10? I think no. Most of you have not read it... You have simply click "I agree" checkbox and then next .
While Installation, If you click on "Express Settings", it will allow Windows 10 operating system to gather up your contacts, texts and touch input, calendar details, and a lot more, including:
- Location Data
- Microsoft OneDrive
- Cortana & Web search
- Biometrics and Handwriting data
- Webcam and Microphone Access
- Sync Data with other Devices
- Advertisement and its Tracking Code
- Apps access to your personal information
- Windows Defender and Sample submissions
- and many more.

Keylogger in Windows 10:
Microsoft windows 10 Technical Preview is watching your every movement and they have mentioned it in their privacy policy also. They are using Keylogger to collect and use user data in various ways without informing the user. They have mentioned :
Collecting Voice Information and other data:
Microsoft is collecting your data from the apps, networks and devices and also about you. They are taking your voice when you use Speech to text to improve their speech processing, According to Microsoft. But they send their data via unencrypted http channel which allows an attacker to intercept data between the user and Microsoft."When you acquire, install and use the Program, Microsoft collects information about you, your devices, applications and networks, and your use of those devices, applications and networks,Examples of data we collect include your name, email address, preferences and interests; browsing, search and file history; phone call and SMS data; device configuration and sensor data; and application usage."
Wifi Sense Feature:
Wifi sense which is the biggest security Risk according to the Security experts as it allows your friends to connect to your wifi network without proving the wifi password. Yes!!!! That is true.
Windows 10 allows you to share your wifi password with your Facebook friends or Skype contacts and whenever they will be present in the area covered by your wifi router they will connect your wifi automatically and this feature is enabled by default. But It does not mean that your password will be shared automatically. You have to configure it manually, password sharing option is OFF by default for the Social media contacts.
But the real risk is- this feature allows hackers to get into your network without your permission and then they can easily perform Man-in -middle attack or Metasploit or even they can scan the network to search the vulnerability of target system.
The main problem is as a normal user we accept almost all the friend requests also if we don't know them personally.
It is better not to use wifi sense and make it turn off forever.
Cortana & Bing Search:
Even if you turn off Cortana and searching the web from Start menu, a request to www.bing.com is made for a file - threshold.appcache that has Cortana information.
